GRACE Keynote: Seen, Heard, Supported | Jenna Quinn
Join GRACE (Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment) for our powerful "Seen, Heard, Supported" Keynote Event and Fundraiser. This special evening features keynote speaker Jenna Quinn, the pioneering advocate and namesake of Jenna's Law, alongside GRACE's leadership, discussing the vital need for trauma-informed responses, accountability, and justice for survivors of abuse in Christian communities.
Why This Matters: The Mission
Our mission is to empower Christian communities to recognize, prevent, and respond to abuse, grounded in the theological commitment that God's people—especially survivors of abuse and trauma—must feel seen, heard, and supported.
This event is founded on the biblical truth that we are one body: "If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing" (1 Corinthians 12:26, MSG). We confront harmful church responses—such as prioritizing institutional protection over survivor care and offering quick-fix spiritual solutions —and champion a better way through expert consultation and independent investigation.
Featuring: Jenna Quinn & The Power of Prevention
Keynote Speaker Jenna Quinn is the national pioneer of the child sexual abuse prevention movement and the namesake of Jenna’s Law. Her advocacy led to the first U.S. mandate requiring K-12 sexual abuse prevention education for students, staff, and caregivers, a model now adopted by over half the country. Jenna’s message focuses on turning trauma into action, emphasizing education, advocacy, and legislative action.
GRACE (Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment)
GRACE is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to helping Christian communities become safe and healing spaces. We provide a specialized, trauma-informed approach, including:
Independent Investigations for abuse allegations, ensuring unbiased, external findings.
Immediate Crisis Consultation to guide leaders through initial allegations with best-practice guidance.
Cultural Assessments that examine systems and unspoken norms to proactively reduce risk and build a culture of safety.
Safeguarding Trainings - To prevent abuse in your community.
We equip leaders to move beyond relying solely on in-house solutions or blindly following legal advice by integrating Scripture-aligned principles that prioritize the well-being of survivors.
