Perfect advice for people with adhd. Was already doing this. So for people with adhd the advice is: continue trying to be consistent. We surely won't be consistent anyways :)

YES! This is how i have been doing thngs for the past 4 years cause i had the intuition that fasting was getting less and less effective with my body being able to learn and anticipate when food would come.. you have to really throw it off balance by varying the times you break your fast.. been experimenting with that and been seeing lots better results!

The opposite is also true. Once that schedule is regular, hunger doesn’t hit the same outside that window; especially as a one meal a day lifestyle

Fasting is a ongoing course, you get better over time and learn how to opitimise it, and this is why I like this video. Looking back I can see how adaptive and responsive the body is when we either add or slightly change how we fast. I think fasting will only get better in the next decades. We still live in a world that neglects fasting as a way to fight cancer to, so imagine all that money pharma wastes on drugs, that could be used for enhancing fasts for the uneducated.

It's funny cause I thought about it this morning... thinking about sugar, insulin and grelin... cause I started the day with a coffee, milk and honey for the last few days instead of just pure black and realised it didn't make me any hungrier. I'll still feel hungry at the same time. But if I have sugar during my meal times, then it is indeed true that I'll be twenty times hungrier and unsatiable, compared to when I eat clean and more fats/protein, slow carbs. So it all makes sense.

This is VERY complicated. I miss the days when you could just eat healthy foods when you were hungry, and live your life after that.

I had amazing results intermittent fasting as a retail manager; working opens, mids, closes. My eating window was the break, lunch, break times at work and often I did it all in 4hrs. I was forced into this strategy by work.
