   When I was younger, I thought I was wiccan. I performed evil, uncouth rituals—nothing illegal, but all spiritually horrific looking back—and at one point, a satanist I met online grew obsessed with me. He said he sent me an 'angel' to 'protect' me. I had opened myself up to demons, and from that moment on, it was pure, horrific torment. It placed three scratches, deep gouges, into a lighter I was using to try to get rid of it. It would lift me up off my bed, wrench my limbs painfully, and move things in my room at night. I could SEE it, standing in the corner of my room, snapped at the waist like someone broke a twig in half. It was tall, entirely black, and the more terrified I grew of it, the straighter it would stand up. Like it was somehow feeding and growing from my fear. It would growl at me, unplug everything in my room and yank my furniture away from the wall.
   
   I tried everything to get rid of it. I'm also not schizophrenic. My sister saw and screamed at some of the activity. I'm not lying, I kept this to myself for years, and I never wanted any attention. I never went public, and all I did was try to get rid of it on my own in silence. Nothing worked. I was tormented for months. I couldn't sleep. I was too terrified to be in my room at night. Mind you, I was a late teen. When I told the wiccan people I met online this was happening, they told me to calm down, and that 'this was what I signed up for.'
   
   It wasn't until I stopped trying to fight it with witchcraft and prayed to Jesus, our Lord, our Heavanly Father, out of sheer desperation, that it finally fled. I am free of it, and haven't seen it, nor experienced anything like it, since. I KNOW the Lord exists, because I have seen and been assaulted by evil with my own eyes and my own body, and it was Him who saved me. I kept that gouged out, thick plastic lighter for years as proof I wasn't crazy. Those three scratches were so deep, they nearly pierced through the plastic containing the lighter fluid completely.
   
   The Lord our God is Good. He saw me, a horrible sinner, committing evils against Him, and still He heard me crying out for help. He saved me when I turned to Him, even though I did not deserve to be saved, and I had spited Him practically all my life. In an instant, I reached out for Him, and He took my hand to deliver me from evil.
   
   This isn't blind faith, because I've seen it with my eyes, and I know it to be true. He gave me a miracle that day. A grace I didn't deserve. If that isn't proof He loves us all, and that He truly saves those of us who are sick and turn to Him, I don't know what is.

   I fully believe that you can see demons. As a christian the enemy will do anything to hinder your walk with God or scare you into submission. I used to tell bible stories, and kinda watch two girls around my sister's age. Their family was non-christian so they was fascinated with bible stories. I was like a big sister to them before we moved away from them. One night, as I was staying over their house, the youngest girl asked if I could do something to comfort her and help her fear. She said that at night she'll see shadows move on the walls and they looked like monsters. Now as a babysitter I knew it could have been her imagination but then at the same time, their family had demonic strongholds in their life. I was not going to let demons scare her. I immediately prayed over her and commanded that those demons would not do anything. She felt better and went to sleep. Just a reminder, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.❤

   💕Heavenly Father I’m desperately trying to provide for my sons. Both have special needs. I’m a single mom. Heavenly Father as I suffer from lupus and heart disease Lord have mercy on me. I feel alone since my husband died. Father please give me strength as I continue to struggle to provide groceries, clothing and shelter for my sons. Faith over fear.💕

   Something I saw years ago was a demon, my room was pitch black and I know that no other person was there with me yet after turning off my alarm I saw it and froze, couldn't even speak, all I could do was silently cry out to God. Demons are very real and very dangerous, and they'll even target children. This is just my experience with one, I thank Jesus that He heard from heaven and came to my rescue.

    I've lived in 4 different houses with reputations for being haunted. I practiced black magic for decades, was an avowed atheist, and hated religious people, though Christians especially annoyed me. All sorts of strange incidents happened to me during my time in the darkness. Two years ago, I went back to God, gave away my horror novel collection, and stopped reading true crime books. My life has been mostly peaceful since. Thank you, Jesus!

    I'm pretty sure ghost is just another word for spirit. The reason God let Samuel come back was to warn Saul of his judgement. Bible says we are not to summon spirits.
    Before all the digital technology we have, one time I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the kitchen to get something and the radio went on by itself. It was a Christian station. The person said something that ministered to me and then shut off. I can't help but think it may have been an angel that turned it on and off 😊

    It's called familiar spirit. A demon without a host. This is actually why witchcraft is harshly judged. You're opening doors that should not be open by humans. You are also putting your soul in darkness. Using Ouiji boards to contact the dead is actually a demon who knows to mimic the voice of the dead. Same goes to raising the dead. May children of God not open wicked doors but rather expose them this year and more.

    The second you try to contact the dead through mediums and psychics you give demons the license to come and harass and attack you. Tarot cards, crystals, Ouija boards and even using AI for necromancy is going to open doors that demons will be more than happy to use.

    I’ve had so many family members die. Not once would I want to disturb them when they’re rejoicing in heaven. When my nana does, God showed me when she was dying in my dreams and my sister and mom got goodbye messages as she passed. God also sent me and my dad to give comfort to my uncle before he passed, and in my spirit, God said he was going home. I get grief is a hard thing, but as my dad always says, they don’t have to suffer anymore. I know if they were sent back because of my selfishness, they would be so mad

    I don’t think that Moses and Elijah appeared as ghosts. Both were actually alive in Heaven and their appearance was a vision of two living people.

    The anime, Blue Exorcist, had a good description of what ghosts may really be. In the series, ghosts are low-level demons that latch on to the strong emotions of the deceased and use their image to cause trouble.

    FunFact: Early Jewish people actually believed that after the Nephilim died, they became spirits, and thats where demons came from. So they believed.
