sounds like you are setting your children up for success & down the road, you will look back and know you did the every best for your kids. My husband and I had the great adventure of doing a circumnavigation and met many children who were home-schooled (yes, there are families on boats sailing the world who home-school their families); and every single child I met were happy, inquisitive, well-mannered, and very well-read. I'm originally from Australia so homeschooling is decades' long institution i.e. School Of The Air, which began in 1951 primarily for children living in the Outback taught by two-way radio. By the time we had our sons, we sent Catholic K-12 here in San Diego, CA, and having faith instilled in their education turned out for us, three awesome young men * side note, I married a Presbyterian but he and his family were 100% onboard for the Catholic education and raising our sons Catholic.
