Animation by Ray Abrams(1906-1981) an American animator who worked at various studios during the Golden Age of Animation, including MGM, Lantz and Hanna Barbera.

Abrams animation style is very smooth. He draws characters more cute and rounded than other animators, and they blink a certain way.

don't forget he has a particular pose-to-pose use
I also recognized a few bits of his animation on a few Hugh Harman shorts, early Tom and Jerry and Woody Woodpecker

Sorry I’m a bit late commenting on this but yeah he was probably the most underrated animator at MGM in my opinion, probably the smoothest animator at the studio

His animation at MGM looks a lot like what he did for Avery during his time at Lantz in the 50s and until about mid-1957 for Lovy. I don't find it that difficult to identify his animation at MGM, it's just more about recognizing the style, but in the teams of Walter Lantz, Don Patterson, Tex Avery, Alex Lovy, Paul J. Smith, Jack Hannah and Sid Marcus it's quite easy; I think in the Lantz and Patterson teams he had the most distinctive style. But the other animators, like Laverne Harding, also did a great job. I find your work at Lantz in the 1930s a bit difficult to understand.
