"Are you still a Christian?" Well, here is my update and what I've been processing and thinking about lately. Tell me in the comments if you think I still am, can you lose your salvation? It's been a tough year, we've all got questions about God, religion, church and where we go from here. If your faith has dried up you are not alone.

The closer you get to God, the harder the devil comes after your faith. There are times when you have to lean on the HABIT of prayer until you are fortified again. Prayers to you.

Elijah after seeing God come and show up in a tower of fire burning up an alter where there is nothing left, then telling the king to go look for rain and it shows up. Runs. He runs from Jezebel who threatened his life. He ran and ran and ran. And when he ran no more he asked God to take his life as he had nothing left. He then slept and ate a lot. Refreshed in the spirit of God but also in the food and rest that was provided. I find comfort in that.

Mate I've felt the same way but it has been a slow decline over the past year. Last week I was massively depressed, but yesterday I felt so sick of the sin and apathy in my life, and then God reminded me that we have made in him--repent and seek him first, choose to turn from sin and turn towards him. My confession to God was a realization that I had been trying to survive on my own efforts and understanding, but really his will is the best for our lives. I had idols in my heart, money and sex were looking more attractive than Jesus, but I was reminded of the promise of eternal glory and fellow in Christ. I'm trying day by day to abide in him, and he is faithful to oversee us. The love of christ can turn our stone hearts back to flesh. Hope you allow yourself to be found once again! Many blessings.

It's extremely rare that I leave YouTube comments but I can't help but feel to write this. Your video from 8 years ago "'GOD IS SPEAKING' | Christian short film" came up on my suggested page tonight and it massively touched my heart. I recognised your face so I clicked on your channel and realised I remember your channel from when I first became a Christian. I noticed your last video was 5 years ago and was somewhat grieved, wondering if 5 years on, you still are a christian. I pray you are still fighting the good fight. God loves you. God is speaking.

Forget about the religion. Just ask Lord Jesus for help he will surely help you. God doesn't care about the dead religion. He cares about your faith. I will pray for you and I pray we all endure to the end through the great tribulation so we may be saved. Amen!

Good day brother. I saw your video "GOD IS SPEAKING" and it was amazing. I bookmarked it so I can keep coming back to it later on. After seeing this video, I understood that you are going through a spiritual warfare that all who serve Him go through. I encourage you to get into the word and fight the evil spirits and they will flee from you. Remember, Jarius would have felt hopeless when his sweet girl died and Jesus was delayed because of the interruptions but it was that divine delay that made his faith stronger and see a greater miracle. “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she (you) will be healed.” - Luke 8:50. Fight a good fight of faith brother. God bless you and revive the fire again.

We have to dig deep in this season. I've felt frustrated and apathetic about my faith, or lack there of. But you know what, Jesus is still my savior, regardless of my shortcomings and poor attitude. Baby steps, each day drawing closer to Him and humbling myself before Him.

Hey brother, you are loved. I’m 42, I was so lost, even though I grew up religious, and left when I was 18. In my desperation, I literally dropped to my knees and prayed this, “God, please, bless me with clarity, to see the truth, wisdom, to understand the truth, the strength to live by Your truth, and the courage to spread Your truth”.
I swear that was the first prayer that ever came straight from my heart, and was the first prayer that was truly answered. Everything fell into place, it all made sense, and the first thing I realized that suffering wasn’t a punishment, nor was it “bad luck”, it, much of what I thought was suffering was truly a blessing. Nothing is free, and if something is truly worth it, it won’t be easy to attain. I quit “trying to be happy” by making good memories and seeking gratification. I instead learned to focus on fulfillment, purpose, to build something, which is the deepest desire of all mankind, to build and created my family, myself, be better every day. I find moments of gratification daily, but I am always working towards fulfillment, and THAT is what brings me true happiness. Nor the good feeling by doing good or having fun, but knowing and truly believing that what I am building, through Him and with His guidance, is something that will last longer than I will, and not for my own glory, but to make this precious gift of life have access to full potential, my children, and to give them more than I had.

Jesus is right next to you! Holding your hand along the struggles of life no whisper for help or shout of praise is unheard, He so close to you and is completely in love with you. Stay strong and may the Holy Spirit build your faith💕💕

This year have been tough for a lot of people for a variety of reasons. My relationship with God has been distant but I've started to take some baby steps back to him. Maybe this is showing us all how are relationship with him should be based on us personally and not anything external. I was taking some time to meditate on Matthew 5:6 the other day "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." I was thinking why I don't hunger for righteousness. I thought about actual hunger and how there are things that prevent us from being hungry; eating things, appetite suppressants, and just generally being distracted. It made me think of what junk in my life am I consuming that is filling me so I am not hungry? What am I consuming that is actively working against my hunger? What is taking my time so I don't have space to be hungry, what is distracting me? That's helped me change things a little bit. I hope it helps you too.
