In tonight's ASMR video I really wanted us to focus on Bible verses for anxiety and overthinking. It can be hard to navigate a chaotic mind or fearful spirit, but the best way to gain peace for your mind is remembering that GOD is in control! You can rest and sleep in His presence with the Word being whispered over you with soft ASMR triggers. I hope this helps combat the overthinking or anxiety you have been facing, child of God. Remember, my friends in Christ, Jesus Christ gave us a command not to worry about anything. If you feel anxious or worry, try praying something such as "Jesus, I surrender myself to You, take care of everything!". Even whispering the Holy Name of " Jesus!" holds such power. Keep going, friends, He also promised that He will not tempt us above that which we are able. You can get through this!!

Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests to made known to god and the peace of god which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus

It's good to see you too Dee 😊🙌🏼🌼 I appreciate the soft whispering of encouragement and room lighting. I love that you are covering the topic of anxiety because I think so many of our brothers and sisters in Christ are struggling with it but are afraid to say something about it. I want to remind everyone that struggle isn't ours to bare. Jesus took it all on the cross and claimed victory over it. So when we operate from a perspective of a winner in Christ; we will not come into agreement with that evil spirit of anxiety. Wishing you a blessed week ahead!

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for about 9 months. I’ve dreamed of being a mother since a very young age and feel that children are in God’s plan for me so it’s been really hard. I also recently got diagnosed with PMOS (formerly PCOS). I’ve been praying a lot and trying to remind myself to not be anxious and trust in God’s timing, especially since I have not honored His timing in the past. I was starting to feel a bit anxious and like I needed to rest in God and I knew I could come to your channel and find some encouragement 🩷
