I’m watching this on July 23, 2026. I ended up on the floor, literally and physically, wailing in pain, but knowing in every moment, with profound confidence, that this word was straight from Jesus’s Sacred Heart to mine—and coming to me in His perfect timing. In the words of St. Faustina, “Do what You will with me, O Jesus, and I will adore You in everything; May Your Will be done in me, and I will praise Your infinite mercy.”

this is just stunningly beautiful. I am a psychiatrist and I never thought about healing in some of these ways.

I forgive others that have purposely villanized me for having a boundary after putting my kids in an unsafe situation. The hardest things to forgive are other christians that don't repent but are willing to get others involved who dont know what happened behind closed doors. I forgive them all, but boundaries are still up and will stay that way. Other Christians can be some of the most toxic and hurtful. ❤

Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for this incredible talk. ❤🙏It is, without a doubt, the best teaching on forgiveness I have ever heard.
For many years, forgiveness felt like a complete mystery to me a kind of “black box.” Today, for the very first time, I feel like I truly understand it. Your explanations were so clear and enlightening, especially the insight that forgiveness is rooted in our deep longing for justice. That was a life-changing realization for me. ✨
I cannot thank you enough. I truly believe this teaching will bear much good fruit in my life. 🌱 May God richly bless you both and reward you abundantly for the good you are doing. May He continue to use you to bring hope, healing, and truth to many others. 🙏💛

Amen. Thank you.
As a Christian, a follower of Christ Jesus, as a Catholic...my personal healing has come through forgiveness and Love for those who have in the past have hurt me deeply. Freedom came to me when I admitted I personally couldn't do it by myself. Giving the whole of all of my past deep pain, hurt, including forgiveness to Christ Jesus was the soul freedom I've been searching for all my life. Doing that exercise doesn't excuse what was done....but I don't carry it around anymore. Thank you Jesus! The want to seek revenge, harbor hatred is a cancer that eats your soul, and I never subscribed to that. Love and forgiveness frees the soul, releases deep hurt that can only come through the love taught by Jesus Christ.
Peace, Joy and Love in the Most Holy Light of Christ Jesus. Amen.

Lord Jesus of Nazareth, I pray for your holy blood to wash over that wall of unforgiveness around my heart again and again, and again until that wall collapses and dissolves away forever in the holy name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I have made this prayer and I call it done by faith and in the holy name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I call it done and it is so, and it is finished. AMEN SO BE IT

Dear Sister Miriam, Father John;
Thank you so much for affirming the pain, sorrow, and anger I/we feel from things other people have done to us. I don't think I would be able to receive and accept the other precious truths you are sharing had you not included that, as well as Sister Miriam's affirmation that Jesus cares what we have suffered; the wrong done to us is not okay with Him, hallelujah!
There is someone in my life I would like to forgive, but I didn't know how to deal with my anger, nor have I come across the emotionally savvy process you have outlined here. After hearing this, I feel I can actually begin this journey because I see now that it's not about me losing something in order to be obedient and come into greater freedom. In fact, as you note, there are great riches to be gained in forgiving this person and others. I'm actually excited to begin this process!
