96% of Millennials claim that being a witness for Jesus is an important part of their faith, yet 47% say it is morally wrong to practice evangelism. Perhaps you share the same view as Ray who said this about why he dislikes evangelism: the idea behind evangelism is wrapped up in this idea that you are this poor pitiful sinner that needs to be saved. That you are inherently defective and you have no merit or value on your own.
We will look at what others are saying about evangelism and hope to give you a way you can be a witness for Jesus without the cringe associated with it.

In a world where Christianity no longer makes sense this channel exists to show that it still does. As a pastor/apologist and one who was a near apostate after suffering through his own season of gut-wrenching doubt, Bobby now seeks to make sense of Christianity, by helping thoughtful believers resolve doubts when presented to them about (1) God, (2) the Bible, (3) Morality, (4) the Church, and (5) Culture.
Our Creed
We believe God is Triune,
That Scripture is our final authority
That Jesus is God incarnate
That humans are sinful and in need of redemption
That humans can only be reconciled to God by grace through faith
That Jesus is our redeemer who atoned for our sins on the cross
That Christ rose from the grave and is coming again in bodily form!

Having worked in a mission field in Varanasi for 5 year. My experience: Ray comfort approach worked best. Because the people there all of them think all types of religion are the same. This was the same problem during Jesus' time religion was a big industry. There is best or better way to evangelize the gospel it just needs to be approach with the right heart and emotion and just hope people will listen and change.

Surely the most obvious of ways to evangelize is to follow the advice of 1 Peter 2:12:-
"Live an exemplary life among the natives so that your actions will refute their prejudices. Then they'll be won over to God's side and be there to join in the celebration when he arrives.”
Believers claim to have the tools to be able to do this. For example John 14:12-14:-
"12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
^^ Seriously. If you folk lived according to what, and how you so often preach, the advice of 1 Peter 2 would be a world beater. A no brainer.

I wonder what the two witnesses evangelism will look like. Bobby your a blessing. I love your answers on pastor perspective.❤

We worry too much about the worlds feelings on biblical evangelism or taking a whimsical empathy approach that most Christians are scared to approach others. Ray comfort has the most biblical approach in line with how Jesus approached ministry. Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand.

I really struggle with the Ray Comfort approach - it does tell the truth but it’s very adversarial. Some people might resonate with that, but not everyone. I love that you’ve noted we need to be attentive to culture and interpersonal skills. I’m in an evangelism planning group at my church, the majority are older than me and they’re in favour of open air events and tract distribution. Their philosophy is a ‘parable of the sower, fling the message out and hope for the best’ kind of deal. It frustrates me no end. There is no desire to create trust or walk alongside and get to know people. Excited for more videos about evangelism!

Yes, a burger approach. top bun is creation, middle of burger is the fall and bottom bun is redemption. pos.➡️neg. ➡️pos.
