It’s like you have cameras in my life. The distractions - I found that sometimes I am substituting Bible study with listening to sermons. I don’t watch TV on a normal day. This has given more insight.

This was me days ago, I wanted to binge on an episode of a show I loved till I watched for 5hrs non-stopped and realized I was supposed to be on a fast… Felt so bad that I had to uninstall the movie app on my phone and just cried that night.
