The amount of control this guy has over his pain and being able to put the hornet back into the jar is immaculate.

It’s sad to see that so much people don’t give mark the credit he deserves.

Bro has legit gone through the same if not more than coyote but people just are sad to see that coyote is gone and forget to actually appreciate what and who we have now

In Japan, where I live, there's a popular TV show called "Why Did You Come to Japan?(YOUは何しに日本へ?)" where they interview foreigners at the airport about their reason for visiting. Just imagine the camera crew interviewing him with big smiles, only for him to bigger smile right back and drop: "I came here to get stung by a Murder Hornet!"

Honestly, Coyote was a beast with an insane pain tolerance. Props to Mark for stepping into his role and continuing teaching about wildlife. Those are huge shoes to fill, and Mark is doing great

The cicadas in the background while mark was counting down were like them laughing like “that man’s crazy he’s gonna get stung by the boss”

When you hear that deep resonating buzz, you run like hell. Encountered one while teaching my Japanese pre-schoolers. It stung a student in the face which swelled to Elephant man size status b4 a trip to the hospital. Managed to bat it away using a dinky Japanese dust broom, then, rushed to escort the children out of the classroom. It's even bigger than shown when in flight, like a scene from Monster Island, except no CGI. Something you never forget.

Living in Japan for 5 years, I don't think people understand how intimidating these wasps really are. You can literally hear these things flying from 10 meters away. On top of everything terrifying about these wasps, when stung by them, it's not usually just one, but multiple that come after you.

Mark does an excellent job on Brave Wilderness. One of the MOST dangerous sting indexes.

I would be more scared to go into the woods to capture the hornet knowing that you could be attacked by the whole colony at any moment. This is the bravest guy I know.

I just read a news story about an American boy and his dad that were stung to death by Asian Giant Hornets while Ziplining at a park in Japan. They disturbed a nest, got swarmed, and both took over 100 stings. They were rushed to the hospital, but both died within an hour of being there. Watching this and knowing how bad those things hurt, I can't imagine taking over 100 stings from these things. It must have been hell.
