Import Expo Needs to Fix This Before It’s Too Late…

After attending Import Expo, I wanted to share something that I think needs to be addressed.
The show itself was incredible, with an amazing turnout and some of the best builds I’ve seen. However, I almost wasn’t allowed to display my car because I had more than a quarter tank of fuel and my battery wasn’t disconnected.
The issue wasn’t the rules themselves—it was that I couldn’t find these requirements anywhere before arriving. They weren’t clearly listed during registration or on the website, and I only found out at the event.
This could become a much bigger problem, especially for owners of exotic and supercars. Many modern supercars require dealer procedures to disconnect the battery, and transporting a car to a show isn’t cheap. If someone travels a long distance only to be turned away because of requirements they were never informed about, that’s a frustrating and expensive experience.
I still had a great time at Import Expo and would attend again. I just believe the registration process should clearly explain these requirements so everyone can prepare before arriving.

Every car show inside has the battery disconnect rule, been competing for 10 year's been to 5 import expo and every one has that battery rule and gas levels

I think it for the rules it's fine I just think they should do by gallons not by quarter of a tank and disconnect the battery for vehicles who's battery isn't too hard to get to. As some cars batteries are in the worst spots humanly possible like some Ferrari's have it in the wheel well 😭 I mean that's not that bad compared to some others but yeah

It’s not really good thing to bash someone’s show your burning bridges if you don’t like the show don’t attend their a brand your channel is a brand also is this how you want to represent your brand and other possible deal you may get will probably look at the type of things you post and won’t want to deal with you it’s kind of a if you did that to them what makes me so special for you not to do the same exact thing to me kind of thing it’s just not a good look trust me
