I don't usually comment on videos, but this was especially encouraging to me. I'm going through the same thing Jonathan went through, but I'm still in college and have no idea if I'll even be passing my classes. I was coming back from class this morning praying and telling the Lord how much I hated school when He had this podcast episode pop up on my phone. It made me laugh and it made me cry, and most of all, it gave me a renewed hope in the Lord and the plan He has for my life. So I thank Him for you all!

The day I knew Jonathan would be the next pastor was when he preached at his mother's funeral. I am so happy that he accepted the call.

This is so good!! As a mom of four boys, could you guys also do an episode with you Priscilla and your three boys altogether? Please help us boy Mom’s out. Also trying to figure out how to cultivate genuine friendships between my boys! Siblings dynamics aren’t always easy trying to break the cycle with my children. 😊

This was one your best episodes. So many great nuggets Johnathan dropped -"If it is not good yet, God is not done yet." Come on say that again for the people in the back! Thank you so much 🙏🏾

When you said Papi ended the Elders meeting, I lost it. That's a great Dad.

This interview was a sermon on it's own.

As an educator, I thank you for telling about your scholastic experience. I will use your quote of “ when you are use to not being successful, you can not dream of being successful!”

At 25:42 I know Jonathan is speaking about his actual father, but I couldn’t help but think about how God, our Father, would do the same. I was literally moved to tears by this 🥹♥️ I also loved hearing how all the elders at the church clapped for him when he passed his test. That moment was so beautiful.

Oh Priscilla! from watching previous episodes and this very one, your entire nuclear and extended family is such a beautiful story of walking with God. Even when you got into little disobedience here and there, you stayed walking with God and allowed God to do his work in you and through you. Your parents and grandparents put in so much work, and your generation is such a blessing!

Thank you Pastor Jonathan for your testimony... My 9 year old son has dyslexia... He knows he learns differently and does his best to be persistent and overcome... I needed to hear this to prepare for whatever challenges are to come education wise... To God be the glory🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

This couldn't have been posted at a better time. It speaks to exactly where I am and also gives language to why my life has been filled with such struggle. The entire episode is amazing! Thank you for allowing me to tune into this rich conversation!

This episode just makes me cry for my younger self not being the pretty one, smart one or the athlete of my siblings just the “good one”. Never a bar or expectation of me but to be compliant. (At least not taught or caught).
