I hope and pray our churches can re-unite. Let's be as one as Christ asked of us.

In a world where Christ is so often forgotten and Christians seem to be so distant from one another, it's about time we're able to come together as one people under Christ again. Jesus suffered and died for all our Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant brothers and sisters.

Inside ISRAEL i know that many areas including ours Celebrate the Christmas together as 1 Church, people got sick of priests trying to separate the community so we stuck together as Christians.
the whole world should do the same because we have more in common than people realize and we follow the same Master which is Jesus Christ as Lord & Saviour 🙏

I believe the Oriental and Eastern Orthodox have more in common at this point.

As an Orthodox, I believe that it is in the Canons. It states that Pascha falls on the first Sunday, that follows the first full moon, that comes after the Spring Equinox.

The Easter date is computed every year from the moon phases using a complicated formula.
The two formulas differ only in some constants and these constants relate to the calendar.
So the catholics use the Gregorian calendar to compute the date.
But the Greeks use the old Julian calendar. Although the Orthodox churches have accepted the Gregorian calendar, for Easter there is an exception and the Julian calendar is used.
But sometimes the dates coincide and we have common Easter.
What they are talking about now is to make the date common, permanently.

I do not want to be ruled by one person who "can't be wrong"
We are all equal and it should stay that way
