I think a better analogy is God telling you that "you may enter my house but you must first wipe your feet" and it's up to you to either wipe your feet as he says or remain outside in the cold.

The other night, I asked God for faith in prayer, I realised that while I knew God was real and Christ is our lord and savior, I didn't really feel drawn to him but yesterday I suddenly felt really drawn to the story of Christ and the bible. I have yet to be born again but I'm trying to grow closer to God.❤❤❤ Christ is King.

also, when Jesus talks about the "lake of fire" and "torment", hes talking about the post judgement hell, which is not actually where you go when you right after you die, but rather you go there after the resurrection and after final judgement. these words of different states all got translated to the same word "hell", which is were people get confused about it.

I never understand why people said when i was a kid, that Satan ruled Hell and God was not able to go there. That never sat right with me because God is God. He created Hell. The only thing he cannot do (by His own decision (he can but doesnt want to)) is interfere in our free will.

"Sometimes, we think our hearts work like a GPS for God."
That one actually had me laughing out loud. 😂

A lot of the falsehoods spread around is one of the reasons why despite my care for the Lord, I still feel resentment for most of the established entities that continue to spread these falsehoods for what ever sake and reason.

I feel like I’m supposed to suffer…even when nothing bad happens to me as if I’m facing a season..I know I did wrong doings…but I did what the father told me and then to confess it. But I feel condemned

People love to say that they “feel” the Holy Spirit in them and then go and sin with no shame at all. The one who likes to make you feel good is the devil.

When many religious people read the Bible, Quran, or some other revelation, they’re taught to read it based on fear as in quote, “Do this or be separated from God for eternity.” Texts like the Bible are not rulebooks — it’s a map of consciousness that illustrates what the human mind is like when it remembers its source.

    Revelation 21:8 NKJV
[8] But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

    Interesting about moods and emotions.
It makes sense that if something is always present, it probably wont feel very novel all the time, infact it probably should feel mundane.

3:14 Woah! Is that where My Friendly Neighborhood got Arlo's line from? 'You know why I think we got cancelled?' 'Why's that?' 'It's because people want darkness...More, than light.'

That's the problem with Bibles nowadays, it's been so whitewashed that people misinterpret the actual meanings and instead put their own views on it.
