9:29 100% You might think you can fight it. You cant. When you are in a state of heightened arousal, youre prefrontal cortex is dimmed and your emotions and hormones are in the driver's seat. It becomes MUCH harder to think straight or make the right decision or resist because you're already burning with desire and your brain WANTS that sweet dopamine and sexual pleasure. Dont try to think when your emotions and hormones are spiked. Make a decision - I'm going to leave NOW - and just do it. Get up, drop the phone, leave the room. AFTER you've removed yourself from the situation and snapped out of it THEN you would be able to think clearly and remind yourself why you shouldnt do it, and then it would actually work and you would know not to put yourself in that situation again. The moment you notice the pull, STOP IMMEDIATELY. Do NOT stay there and try to fight it.

12:07 We act according to our identity. WORD.
This is why we need to understand that regardless of what we do in this life, our identity in Christ doesnt change. It is a sure anchor you can hold onto to get back on the right track

11:07 Totally. Ive done some shitty things in regards to... sexualizing my brain, but i decided i was not going to feel ashamed about it. I realized that beating myself up and feeling guilty would not help me in any way. Did i know i shouldnt have done it? Yes. Did I ignore the Holy Ghost yelling at me to stop? Yes. But Ive decided to treat it as more of falling in the dirt, then just getting up, dusting myself off, and moving on.

Sin consciousness is absolute detrimental to sons of God. If you keep beating yourself up about it, it would affect your heart in a way that you would begin to feel unworthy, sinful, like God is mad at you, etc etc, all of which are lies the devil absolutely wants you to believe because it makes you vulnerable.

You need to understand that no matter how shitty anything you do is, youre still a son of God, youre still a Divine heir, youre still bonded with God forever, youre not a sinner, youre a saint. You must sincerely believe it.

Note to self: Drinking a teaspoon of toilet water totally impresses the ladies.

I went through this. And more. I ended up meeting the one at 57. This stuff was hell. The best years of my life never having sex. When I was your age I thought this way and would have sounded trumpets for you but when you get to 45, 50 and nothing on the horizon, it gets really hard. Really hard. I don't think you know. You are married and its not your problem anymore. You are mainly targeting young guys who will likey get married soon like you and, for them, this is hard but doable.

But there are a lot of guys out there who are where I was. The Xgens battled to find parteners. Many divorced, never married. And now the millennials are heading that way too

At that age, this stuff is just not realistic any more

Not saying I have all the answers but hopefully you will try to imagine what its like

Hi, just left a comment in your last video asking a question(s). I have another question, though. Does corn distort someone's mind on the true beauty of this world? For instance, someone (like me), after quitting Corn, realized that I was attracted to or wanted women who are a certain way or have a certain look. But I have to remind myself that this is not 1) Godly and 2) not fair for those women who are below the worldly standard. But they are maybe a 10/10 on God's scale. I feel like this world tells us that we have to look at and seek women who look a certain way. Value how they dress, what they do in their free time, are they blonds, great, brunettes, so-so, are they boss-babes, what music do they listen to. I mean, I can go on forever. I recently met this girl at the YMCA (the topic of my question I left in your last video), she dresses very modestly, like she's from a very traditional/conservative church. Looks very normal, like a good normal. She doesn't have a high-paying job; she just has a high school diploma. I personally think this is a girl sent by God in this superficial world. I would be honored to get to know her and her family. But, because of her background and modesty, my mom and sisters will hate her and make up crap about her. Not realizing she is. far, far more beautiful in her own way than all of the girls I see in the College I attend.

Hey I really need some help. I have been really wanting to ask this girl out at my college for some months now. I believe she shows true Christian spirit, but I haven’t had a chance to talk to her 1 on 1 yet. I’ve been struggling with porn for some years now. Should I still ask her out? I’ve seen a lot on online these past few days and realize how it is a very big no no and I’m freaking out about it, I think this might be what leads me to never touch it again. P.S. after seeing all the feedback on Reddit and other sites, I feel like I’m ruined and hopeless
