Great message! We all need to ask ourselves that. I had a stroke December 2023, and it almost killed me. It was a Basilar Artery Stroke. I came away 💯 good. But nothing really changed in me, by me, from me. Im asking....NO!!! GOD is asking me, "Jeff, what on earth are you doing, literally?" So, it's time to get off the sideline and get some dirt on my DASH! 🙏
