Most states have early voting. Here, in Greenville NC, I voted on the first day of early voting, October 15th. The local voting place that I have gone to every time before was on the list of locations online, but when I arrived, they told me that they would only be open for voting on Nov 3rd. Some people who were taking out the trash told me where I could go, another couple of miles away.
I'm elderly and poor, only have an ebike for transportation. I rode based on their directions and finally found it. My left leg began to tremble from standing too long inside the polling place. A nice pollworker brought me a stool to sit on. Having left home expecting to vote 0.4 mile away, I hadn't charged my ebike battery to full. I barely made it home. I was happy to have successfully voted.
Don't let anything stop you from voting. Vote early, but definitely VOTE!!!
