Great info and video. The EDITING of the video was perfect. I could follow right along without distractions getting in the way. Thanx for this slower paced video and not that distracting A.I. stuff. ❤

Started taking desiccated liver supplements. Vitamin A, iron, & B12.
I can’t stand consuming liver, but I know it’s important. This seems to be working. My eyesight has improved so much. I don’t even use corrective lenses anymore, only blue light blocking glasses.

Great post! Thanks for this. So I've been taking cod liver oil, paired with a handful of supporting supplements, every day for the last month and a half, and several times lately I've gotten up at night in my pitch black bedroom and...I can see things. (I eat liver and I see things...😂) I can sometimes see every major shape in the room fairly clearly, almost like they're putting off a faint light of their own. Probably sounds weird, but I always smile (alone in the pitch blackness) when I notice it.

I love the delay release in the Phi Stack Vitamins. Take it in the morning and then late afternoon I automatically get a energy and focus boost. No more afternoon coffee.

This channel really is one of the best scientific nutrition deep divers on YouTube.

    Well done, Thomas.

I recently began taking a vitamin D supplement from Bluebonnet. The front of the label says "fish oil source". However, on the side of the bottle it states that the fish is cod. So, some vitamin D supplements may actually be derived from cod liver but not make it too obvious.

Tom isn't blurry because of this condition. He is blurry because YT turned down the resolution. Click the gear, click resolution and select 1080 or above, and eureka- We can see Tom again!

When you say “ check this video out and point to the upper corner there’s nothing there. No video. Why? This is not the only one on your channel that does this. Thanks

Thomas I'd love your take on DMSO and it's impact on healing the eye. A Midwestern Doctor has done a ton of research on this and it would be interesting to hear from you about it. I definitely love taking Cod Liver oil and I've noticed improvements with that as well.

When I was a kid, I had a hole in my retina that closed, but left a scar. I later got into blacksmithing, but burned my retinas a few times because of welding heat etc. I'm now 63 and am having vision problems. I tried taking cod liver oil, but after a few weeks suffered a serious vitamin A overdose. Getting old is really tricky

Why does everyone insist on auto-refill with letting me try it first. I’ve been burned by this before and never again.

100% facts. I stopped the D3 K2 and continued with the COD Liver oil. My vision is slowly clearing up. I will continue this until I get best results.
