I have just finished up both of Christa's books. They are brilliantly written and organized. This lady is exceptional and her books have helped me understand so much about this awful problem at church, in the work place, and even around the community in some cases. Though my life's experience cannot compare with Christa's the therapy reflected from what Christa learned and shared with us has played a roal in my own healing. So thankful to Christa and the platforms who have given voice to her. As the young people say "truth to power"!

I am reading Christa's book, Baptistland. I am disgusted by how the adults in her life and church protected her abuser while making her feel guilty and responsible for the abuse!
