The Scriptures address it forcefully and regularly. It occurs again and again in churches across the country, destroying families. And yet pastors and biblical counselors not only refuse to address it—they join with the guilty party in their sin.

What are we talking about? The epidemic of reviling wives and the white knight pastors and biblical counselors in league with them. That’s the topic of this episode of The King’s Hall, where Brian and Eric sit down with Pastor David Edgington to talk about his new book with New Christendom Press, “White Knights and Reviling Wives: How Feminism Destroys Families.”

I am a survivor of the abuse of a reviling and malicious woman. The men in my church turned on me, one of my oldest friends turned on me, and if it hadn't been for the comfort of God and my fear of Him, I would have ended my own life.

I can confirm that this is a horrible problem and I have met many other men who are also suffering this problem.

I'm thrilled this is being talked about. My other fellow moms, look at me crazy when I don't "have my husband under control" No i actually just obey and respect him inside of a Christian marriage. My contemporaries say I must be abused and it drives me nuts. My husband is honorable, intelligent and has carried us on his back thru being homeless twice and making sure we have always been provided for. He is a good man. I respect him. I am not abused. Thank you for coming to my ted talk. 😂❤

Both my sons were abused by a woman. One thing I noticed, though, and something they even admitted to is that neither sought God when choosing the right woman. They chose by the flesh instead. I am old, and I have seen both sides choose their spouses by their own wants and desires instead of seeking God and waiting for His direction. Back in the day, older church women used to teach the younger single women how to be a godly woman so they would be godly wives. The older church men used to teach the younger single men how to be godly men so they would be godly husbands. I haven't seen this happening in the church for years.

I like what our pastor said years ago. He said, we don't have a woman problem nor a man problem but a sin problem, and both sides are equally guilty. 🙏

Might be the most important book men read today. I say this as a man who just lost 50% time with my sons, my church, half my friends and $250,000 to a reviling wife. It was a a textbook case. She was the adulteress and I tried so hard to save our marriage. Her father, the pastor, kicked me out of the church and ensured they all shunned me

Just purchased both books for my teenage boys for Christmas. I know they probably wont see them as their most exciting gifts, however it's my prayer that they may "dodge a bullet" as they say in their future marriages. Thanks for making this available.

Thank you for addressing this! I am 63 years-old and was raised in the early feminist generation. It has been damaging for women but also for men. We were basically told to be men and the men were emasculated. I have repented and prayed for God to heal me from this false teaching and the sinful behaviors that have gone with it. I pray for my husband to be blessed and taught everyday by God how to be the leader of our home still even though are kids are grown. I even cover my head in corporate worship as it is a visible symbol for myself and my husband of God's order of headship. Bless all of you in your ministry.

I was / am currently in this situation with my wife. My wife is exceedingly unsubmissive to my requests for pretty much anything. She's very very argumentative and will tell me the sky is pink if I say it's blue. She's been getting better and I have actually seen some conviction in her so I'm thankful for that. When I requested help from my church they Came down on me and told me that I was not being a good enough husband and that I was in need of much prayer and rebuke. They essentially threatened me with church discipline. Thankfully my wife seems to be a legit Christian and the holy Spirit is working on her.

Yes, self-esteem and knowing your value is the most important or else you're more likely to sin and allow sin or abuse on yourself. Plus. you're more likely to call it out, like gossip and high judgements

I read one of Dr. Edgington’s books and it was amazing for my marriage. I’ve also read the Haunted Cosmos book and it was 🔥🔥🔥
